**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Enforcement Officer to join our team at Kingdom Services Group Ltd. As an Environmental Enforcement Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to make the UK a cleaner, safer, and greener place to live.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct regular foot patrols of public areas to identify contraventions and issue Fixed Penalty Notices using handheld terminals or manual systems.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, Fixed Penalty Notices issued, and evidence required for court proceedings.
- Attend court proceedings to support prosecutions where required.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, including the Cleaner Neighbourhoods & Environment Act 2005, Environmental Protection Act 1990, PACE 1984, and RIPA 2000.
- Perform administrative duties, ensuring correct audit procedures and security arrangements are followed.
- Synchronise FPN and photographic evidence from handheld terminals and/or digital cameras.
- Download and manage video evidence from Body-Worn Video Devices.
**Requirements:**
- Strong knowledge of environmental legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a variety of situations and all weathers.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
