Care Delivery Program Lead

 

At Best Buy, we're looking for a skilled Care Delivery Program Lead to join our team.

 

As a Care Delivery Program Lead, you'll be responsible for partnering with other product managers, engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to shape the vision for our care delivery programs.

 

This unique role involves working closely with leaders at top-tier health systems to conceptualize and develop care delivery programs that support operational needs for care at home programs.

 

You'll take the lead in all stages of discovery and represent our providers and patients in day-to-day decisions made at the delivery level.

 

Once launched, you'll be equally passionate about enabling our client-facing teams to communicate these exciting new capabilities to customers.

 

This role requires

  • You will be heavily involved with our Web Dash reporting Product, looking at scalability, feature improvements, and performance to optimize healthcare providers' ability to monitor patients at scale.
  • Advancing our reporting, survey, and analytics functions for both clients and patients.
  • Partnering with product leadership and other product managers on product initiatives on the roadmap.
  • Collaborating with our client-facing teams to understand and validate new enhancement requests from clients.
  • Seeking user feedback to uncover new needs, gain deeper insights into new requests, and solicit feedback on recently released enhancements.
  • Prioritizing and documenting requirements for upcoming releases.
  • Collaborating with our highly creative design and engineering teams to reach the best possible version of a feature or enhancement to bring to market.
  • Being the voice of the customer within the engineering team, clearly articulating user needs and customer goals, ensuring technical solutions map back to solving a user problem or job.
  • Actively working with the team to decompose epics/features into user stories that are granular enough for the team to estimate and work on.
  • Developing and documenting acceptance criteria for stories/epics to ensure they can be accepted, and validating that developed stories/epics meet their acceptance criteria.
  • Being the expert and go-to person for your initiatives. Educating users and internal stakeholders on new features and enhancements, and creating and/or contributing to relevant internal and external communications.
  • Having 3+ years of proven product management experience.
  • Having 2+ years of experience working in agile software development processes, including writing stories/epics, managing a backlog, and working within a Software Engineering & User Experience environment being the lead product expert.
