About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at Home not Hospital. As an Autism Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing 360-degree support to an individual with autism and a learning disability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to the individual, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet the individual's unique needs and goals.
  • Communicate effectively with the individual, their family, and other professionals involved in their care.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in autism support.
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and overtime.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
