Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain data centre infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network equipment
  • Implement and manage high availability solutions using Microsoft SQL Server Always On technologies
  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans for performance optimisation and capacity planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues and opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in data centre operations, with a strong track record of success in performance optimisation and capacity planning
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, PowerShell automation and scripting skills, and basic networking concepts
  • Ability to work autonomously, creatively, and efficiently to resolve complex technical problems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders
