Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per annum

This role requires an experienced Shopping Centre Leases Specialist to support the end-to-end process for turnover lease abstraction, data input, calculations, and billing. Key responsibilities include collaborating with a Turnover Manager to ensure accurate and timely turnover data and rent collection, tracking tenant turnover data and rent using Excel spreadsheets, and preparing summary reports for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Turnover Data Management: Collaborate with the Turnover Manager to ensure accurate and timely turnover data and rent collection.
  • Tenant Liaison: Liaise with tenants to obtain turnover data and certifications within agreed timelines.
  • Data Tracking: Track tenant turnover data and rent using Excel spreadsheets.
  • Anomaly Resolution: Scrutinise turnover data to identify anomalies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Portal Maintenance: Ensure the tenant tracker and portal are up-to-date, including adding new tenants, updating contact details, and archiving tenants at lease expiry.
  • Reporting: Prepare summary reports for clients on time.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with CBRE property managers to drive turnover calculations and obtain sign-off for charges.
  • Charge Preparation: Prepare top-up charge calculations for tenants.
  • Accounting: Liaise with accounts to create charges on accounting systems.
  • Communication: Maintain regular contact with property managers, credit control, and site teams to address turnover concerns.
  • Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a professional financial services environment.
  • Familiarity with trial balances and the impact of turnover on income.
  • Book-keeping skills.
  • Understanding of lease documentation and associated turnover clauses is beneficial.
