We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team at Accolade Building Care Ltd. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a selection of tier 1 and tier 2 accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a selection of tier 1 and tier 2 accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Bring in significant accounts, aiming for 4-5 large accounts or 8-10 smaller accounts annually.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our client base and enhance market presence.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure trust and repeat business.
  • Work closely with our estimating and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
