Williams Lea is seeking a highly skilled Personal Assistant to support our team in a leading law firm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our fee earners, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to fee earners, including answering telephone calls, taking messages, and managing their schedules.
  • Assist with the billing and credit control process, including generating accurate billing reports and draft bills.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records on our client relationship management tool, including client contact details and billing information.
  • Coordinate fee earner movements and make travel arrangements as needed.
  • Manage the client and matter inception process, ensuring files are opened in a timely manner in accordance with our policies.
  • Coordinate the completion of document production, including digital dictations and manuscript amendments, e-filing, and file management.
Requirements
  • Competent with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
