Research Trials Nurse Specialist

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum. We are seeking a Research Trials Nurse Specialist to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be involved in the delivery of multicentre trials, in-house, national and international phase I, II, III and IV haematology trials.

Main Duties
  1. Work with the Lymphoma/Myeloma Team and wider haematology team to recruit patients onto clinical trials and undertake clinical responsibilities.
  2. Take responsibility for identifying personal training and educational needs within the context of the service and those identified during the appraisal process.
  3. Organise and prepare documentation for audit and monitoring visits, and provide cover when necessary for annual leave, study leave, and sick leave.

  • Relevant post-registration qualification
  • Previous experience within haematology oncology or research.
