About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our Hinckley store and drive business success. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating a customer-obsessed atmosphere, leading a team to deliver great results, and working closely with the Territory Leader and Visual Coach to identify opportunities to impact KPIs, customer service, team development, and overall sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver great results through commerciality, collaboration, resilience, and customer obsession.
  • Create a customer-obsessed atmosphere in the store.
  • Work closely with the Territory Leader and Visual Coach to identify opportunities to impact KPIs, customer service, team development, and overall sales.
  • Be fully accountable for store performance.
About You
  • You have previous store or deputy management experience.
  • You have a track record of effectively leading and managing a team.
  • You identify yourself as a New Look brand admirer.
  • You have a history of delivering and exceeding KPIs and key objectives.
  • You have commercial acumen.
  • You have a good understanding of compliance and P and L reporting.
  • You are able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
