The Role
We are seeking an experienced Associate/Senior Associate to join our fast-growing team in Real Estate Finance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing due diligence, and providing advice to clients.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years PQE in real estate and real estate finance, with a proven track record of delivering excellent client service. They will be proactive, efficient, and organized, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Managing a broad range of real estate finance and real estate transactions
- Drafting and negotiating transaction documents
- Carrying out due diligence
Requirements
- 4+ years PQE in real estate and real estate finance
- Strong background in real estate transactions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
