Job Summary:
We are looking for responsible and caring individuals to support the well-being of our students during the midday break. As a Midday Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and happiness of our pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students with meal selection and seating in the dining hall
- Provide pastoral care and guidance to students
- Lead games and play activities to promote safe and appropriate play
- Administer basic first aid as required
- Uphold the values of Shorefields and apply safeguarding practices
Requirements:
- Dedicated and caring individual
- Able to work effectively in a team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Benefits:
Shorefields offers a competitive salary of £4082 per annum (pro-rata), paid term-time only, plus up to two non-pupil days for training. The contract type is part-time and permanent.
