About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a Band 7 Advanced Practitioner Physiotherapist to work in our Neuro rehab Outpatient Service. The post provides an opportunity to work in an innovative, progressive and dynamic specialist team who provide specialist assessment and rehab to patients with long term neurological conditions.

About the Team

The Neuro rehab service is made up of a pathway of teams and services working across in-patient, community and outpatient settings to provide specialist, evidence-based Neuro rehab to patients following stroke or other neurological diagnosis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of staff who are innovative and dynamic.
  • Work alongside like-minded senior staff in a collaborative and supportive way to continue to develop our services in line with patient need and trust wide directives.
