Job Description

This Teaching and Learning Expert position involves designing and delivering innovative learning programs to support students with SEN/SEMH. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and learning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Curriculum and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with existing curriculum frameworks.
  • Provide regular progress updates to parents/carers and contribute to student review meetings.
Requirements
  • QTS or QTLS qualification.
  • Proven experience in teaching and learning, particularly in SEN/SEMH settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits
  • Competitive salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum.
