Nurse Care Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.
- Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for each of our residents.
- Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
Requirements:
- A valid NMC pin and previous experience ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard.
- Confidence in offering clinical guidance for care teams and being crucial in helping with all CQC tasks.
