The role is part-time, 18 hours per week, over 2 days, for a 2-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of further extension.
The successful candidate will operate across a neighbourhood of practices, providing specialist paramedic resources and supporting the delivery of PCN service objectives within a surgery setting.
Main Responsibilities- Work as an autonomous, accountable paramedic, providing a holistic approach, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to deliver high-quality patient services.
- Collaborate closely with a wider multi-disciplinary PCN workforce, including pharmacists and social prescribers.
- Utilize advanced clinical skills to educate patients, promoting self-care and empower them to make informed choices about their treatment.
- Assess, diagnose, treat, refer, or signpost patients with undifferentiated or undiagnosed conditions relating to minor illness or injury, supported by senior clinicians as needed.
We welcome applications from experienced ECPs/Paramedics seeking a new challenge.
