About the Role

We are seeking a Commercial Relationship Builder to join our sales team at Opal Contracting Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
  2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to maintain our best-in-class position in the industry.
  3. Enquiry Evaluation: Evaluate client enquiries via telephone to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  4. Quotation Production: Produce quotations based on agreed commercial policies to meet client requirements.
  5. Follow-up: Follow up on quotations to secure orders and gather commercial feedback.
