At Ivy Education Trust, we are committed to providing exceptional educational experiences for students with special educational needs. As an Assistant SENCo, you will play a vital role in supporting our SEND team at Dawlish College.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing learning intervention programmes, ensuring students make good progress and achieve their full potential. This includes working closely with students, parents/carers, other staff and outside agencies to identify, assess and meet the needs of students with special educational needs.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £30,000-£40,000 per annum, based on national averages for similar roles.

As part of our commitment to safeguarding and well-being, the successful candidate will undergo child protection screening, including enhanced DBS clearance, and full reference checks with previous employers.
