Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our specialist services, you will contribute to bespoke assessment and intervention plans for individuals with complex needs.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with adults and/or children who have intellectual disabilities and/or autism, with additional needs such as complex trauma, mental health needs, and behaviors of concern. You will be responsible for managing multi-disciplinary teams and working collaboratively with key partners to deliver high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of our service users
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Provide training and education to staff on therapy techniques and best practices
- Collect and analyze data to inform service delivery and development

Requirements- Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification
- Registered with the HCPC
- Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience of working with adults and/or children who have an intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs
- Ability to work collaboratively with a range of key partners
- Able to work sensitively with people and resolve conflict effectively
- Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting
- Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience with adults
- Experience of lecturing/teaching/training
- Full valid UK driving licence and access to a car
