About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our Outpatient Department at KIMS Hospital in Sevenoaks. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our consultants and nursing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor patients' conditions by taking vital signs and reporting any concerns to the nursing team.
  • Assist with various procedures, including ECGs, phlebotomy, and minor operations.
  • Support consultants and nurses with patient care and administrative tasks.
  • Chaperone patients as required and maintain a safe and clean environment.

Person Specification

We are looking for an individual with:

  • A good standard of general education and a care certificate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working as a clinical support worker, preferably in an outpatient setting.
