Administrative Support Specialist

Major Recruitment is seeking a skilled Administrator/Customer Service professional to join their team in the central Dudley area. As a key member of the support team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients and staff, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing MS Office software, including Word and Excel, to manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
* Handling customer complaints and concerns in a diplomatic and effective way
* Maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of your work
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
* A minimum of 2 years' experience working in an office environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
* Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
* Strong typing skills and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
