About the Role

As a Site Finance Cost Technician at PepsiCo, you will play a critical role in managing the financial performance of our site. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reporting of direct and manufacturing overhead costs, as well as supporting the business partner in delivering site finance priorities. Your attention to detail and ability to work under pressure will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our finance functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage direct and manufacturing overhead costs, ensuring correct reporting and variances vs. annual operating plan.
  • Prepare and review month-end reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support the business partner in delivering site finance priorities, providing consultation and execution.
  • Produce balance sheets to prove month-end balances.
  • Own accounts payable for raw materials procurement at site, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Provide consultation and support for site MyBuy Superuser.
  • Attend quarterly cost and decision meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with general controls and SOX requirements.
  • Monitor and control GRIR reports, ensuring no entries over 121 days.
  • Perform other finance administration tasks as required.

Requirements
  • Purchase ledger experience.
  • Working Excel skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Eye for detail and spotting errors.
  • Ability to work on multiple systems.
  • Drive for results and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
