We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Duty Manager to join our team at the Chichester Premier Inn. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to deliver a memorable experience for our guests.
About the Role:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver a high level of service and quality.
- Monitor and maintain the hotel's standards, ensuring that all areas of the hotel meet the required standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
