About the Role


This is a client-facing project management role that requires previous experience in a similar agency and production expertise.


You will be working closely with Technical Project Managers to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality events, which will involve:



  • Delivering event projects from initial enquiry to completion
  • Working with clients to understand their event needs
  • Advising on solutions to client requirements
  • Maintaining and developing client relationships
  • Managing event content
  • Liaising with speakers to understand their needs
  • Stage management during events
  • Booking and managing crew
  • Preparing and managing budgets
  • Managing events on-site and ensuring smooth running

Key Responsibilities


The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.


About You
