**Data Center Operations Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Engineering Operations Engineer to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our infrastructure operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality infrastructure services. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our data centers, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment within the data center is operating within contract parameters. This includes risk management and mitigation, corrective and preventative maintenance of critical infrastructure, vendor management, and metric reporting.

You will also be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to coordinate projects, manage capacity, and optimize plant safety, performance, reliability, sustainability, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage minor and major planned and unplanned site works for critical infrastructure.
  2. Responsible for the on-site management of contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors.
  3. Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analysis, and prepare reports on all aspects of the data center facility infrastructure operations and maintenance.
  4. Work with DCO managers (IT), Networking, Logistics, Safety, Security, and other business leaders and operating partners.
  5. Drive and implement projects to increase current facility capacity, efficiency, sustainability, and reliability.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of **$140,000 - $170,000 per year**, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

The estimated annual salary range is based on industry standards and takes into account factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
