Michael Page Marketing is a leading recruitment agency, and we are working with a dynamic company that is looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to help take their ecommerce activities to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
- Expertise in running and scaling online marketplaces, including Amazon and eBay
- Manage all online activity related to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and reporting, using data analytics tools to inform decision-making
- Oversee e-commerce platforms and systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance
- Drive performance of digital marketing channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and email marketing
- Manage third-party relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners
- Coordinate with the IT department on all web development, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Analyse various data to deliver data-driven strategies and improve business outcomes
Requirements
- An educational background in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices
- Proven experience in an e-commerce role within the retail industry, with a track record of success in driving business growth and improving customer engagement
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret complex data to inform business decisions
- Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to balance business objectives with customer needs and expectations
