E-commerce Executive

Reporting to the Managing Director, the eCommerce Executive will work with initiative and be responsible for all the website relevant maintenance and administration. You will ensure that the website is content-rich, user friendly and optimised for conversion in order to maximise our commercial opportunity.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Responsible for owning and managing all 5 of our ecommerce websites.
- To support with the continual review of customer experience, highlighting improvement opportunities across all aspects of the user journey and user experience.
- Responsible for completing all visual merchandising across all websites.
- Accountable for product launch, promotions and / or sales execution on the retail sites
- Review common and competitor websites to ensure functionality is consistent and products are displayed in line with industry standards.
- Review high traffic landing pages or high page views, review VM and action any changes in line with reports.
- Ensuring image and tone of voice remain in line with brand guidelines and remain consistent across the site.
- Review web metrics in Shopify for each of the 5 websites including but not limited to Revenue, AOV, Orders, Units, Sessions and CVR
- Use Google Analytics, along with other tools, to monitor daily web performance and report against KPIs.
- Efficiently presenting data findings and developing strategies for growth.
- System expertise in supporting Shopify Apps / systems including but not limited to Weglot and Assortion
- Own the day-to-day relationship with external development agency, contributing to the strategic roadmap and influencing development priorities.
- Work alongside Marketing, Operations, IT and Commercial teams to ensure we maximise the commercial potential of the website whilst always delivering a great customer experience
- To work as the first point of contact between Darts Corner and all relevant contractors/suppliers.
- Attend and contribute to team meeting including but not limited to weekly trading meeting
**The Person**:
- 1 - 2 years experience in a similar eCommerce Executive/eCommerce platform role.
- Good MS Office Skills.
- Experience of managing 3rd party contractor relationships.
- Ability to analyse and to translate analysis into user relevant reporting and where necessary corrective change.
- Possess strong communication skills, both verbally and written.
