Trade Hut Direct are an online e-commerce company, founded in 2019, and has since seen strong year on year growth that is now resulting in team expansion.

Starting with our own in house Shopify website and Amazon, we have now expanded to eBay, B&Q, Debenhams and OnBuy, with new marketplaces and international launches being in our sites.

**Job Specification**

You will report in to both the Head of Marketplaces and Directors, to play a pivotal role in maintaining, developing and growing existing platforms. Success in this role means there is huge opportunity to develop and grow within the team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and ensure all product listings and promotions are optimised to the highest standards.
- Monitor site metrics including traffic sources, impressions, page views, conversation rates, channel specific metrics in order to support decision making and strategy.
- Identifying problems and liaise with other employees within the business.
- Work with and suggest tools that will support growth across the marketplaces.
- Managing, understanding and delving the individual complexities that each marketplace brings.
- Attending and eventually driving account manager meetings and presenting opportunities internally.

**Requirements**:

- 6 - 12 months experience / placement in an Ecommerce / Marketplace role is essential.
- Ability to work cross functionally and adapt to daily changes.
- Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - specifically Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Good business acumen and desire to learn about commercials.
- Enthusiastic about ecommerce and sales driven.
- Capable of innovative thinking for problem-solving, adept at prioritising tasks, and self-drive.

**Additional Information**:
The salary for this role is dependant on experience and will be discussed during the initial recruitment stages along with the benefit package. This is a full time, in person role within our offices based in Bolton.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
