Job Title: Business Manager - Embedded Finance

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join our Embedded Finance team. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial position of our Embedded Finance business, including managing and reviewing costs, budgeting, reporting, and stretch allocation. You will also support the Head of Embedded Finance and Senior Managers in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the BAU financial position for Embedded Finance, including managing and reviewing costs, budgeting, reporting, and stretch allocation.
  • Support the Head of Embedded Finance and Senior Managers in their roles.
  • Manage the production of key materials regarding delivery, financial, and operational position.
  • Manage risk reporting, risk administration, and support platform leadership with risk management activities, including Audit, Risk & Control Self-Assessment, and supporting the Divisional Resilience and Security Office.
  • Manage relationships with internal customers acting as a business partner.
Requirements:
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal customers.
  • Proven experience of interpreting a range of data, making sense of complex information, and presenting data in an appropriate format for multiple partners.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of immediacy and ability to experiment with new technologies and practices to bring pace and rigour where possible.
