We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join our team at Lookers Chester Vauxhall and Kia. As a Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our sales team.
As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing effective strategies to achieve business objectives. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales plans, monitor financial performance, and provide coaching and development to the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Monitor financial performance and provide coaching and development to the sales team
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales plans
- Identify and address shortfalls in financial performance
- Acquire a high level of product knowledge to competently answer customer queries
- Log all activity to monitor and measure outcomes and provide regular feedback to the Management team
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will have previous management experience within the automotive industry, a proven track record of coaching and developing sales teams, and a passion for providing first-class customer care and engagement.
You will require a full UK driving licence for this position.
