About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Boden Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the hard services of our site in East London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Account Manager in the day-to-day operations of the site
- Manage a team of professionals to ensure the smooth operation of the site's hard services
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of the site's mechanical and electrical systems
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the site's operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the site's needs are met
- Prepare and manage budgets to ensure that the site's operations are financially sustainable
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Facilities Manager
- Technical qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Corporate experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £250 per day
