About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Boden Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the hard services of our site in East London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Account Manager in the day-to-day operations of the site
  • Manage a team of professionals to ensure the smooth operation of the site's hard services
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of the site's mechanical and electrical systems
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the site's operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the site's needs are met
  • Prepare and manage budgets to ensure that the site's operations are financially sustainable

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Facilities Manager
  • Technical qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering
  • Corporate experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
