About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads and drive sales growth for products and services within the housing and care sectors.
  • Plan and execute campaigns to boost brand awareness, conversion, and retention, aiming to meet lead generation targets.
  • Manage and optimise various marketing channels, including the website, paid advertising, ABM, and other digital channels, to maximise impact and lead generation.
  • Be a strategic thinker and data-driven marketer with a proven ability to manage and optimise marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Identify opportunities and take proactive steps to achieve the company's marketing goals.

About You

You will have a strong background in digital marketing and demand generation, preferably in B2B marketing or a related field. You will have a solid understanding of HubSpot, exceptional website management and optimisation skills, experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and a thorough knowledge of marketing automation and analytics tools.
