- Implement the Group's management systems for health and safety management, fire safety, building safety, risk, and technical assurance">
- Collate and analyse data and statistics, generating management information reports">
- Monitor the progress of actions raised during audits, inspections, incident investigations and other assessments">
- Administer meetings of the Group's Health and Safety Committee, Fire and Building Safety Steering Group and other working groups overseen by the Health and Safety Team">
- Provide other support to the Health and Safety Team as required">
Candidate Requirements
">The ideal candidate will possess an IOSH qualification or be willing to achieve a Health and Safety related qualification, with experience of the effective management of health and safety, particularly in the housing or property management sectors.
">Salary and Benefits
">We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, 36 hour working week, 12:30 finish on Fridays, 29+8 annual leave days, flexible working options, defined contribution pension scheme, and a range of employee benefits.
