CyberNorth is seeking a highly skilled Information Assurance Manager to oversee and coordinate our European cyber security efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive cyber security policies, standards, and procedures, as well as managing technical staff and working closely with regulators and certification bodies for audit and compliance purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cyber security policies, standards, and procedures
  • Manage technical staff, ensuring they are adequately trained, motivated, and equipped to carry out their duties effectively
  • Work closely with regulators and certification bodies to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement necessary security measures
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff awareness about cyber security
  • Manage incident response planning as well as the investigation of security breaches
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on the status of the current security landscape

The estimated salary for this role is $140,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, information assurance)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective cyber security policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
