Companionship Assistant

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Community Care Assistant to join our team at Agincare. As a Community Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.
About the Role:
As a Community Care Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing personalized care and support to clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and oral care.
- Assisting clients with medication management, including prompting, assisting, or administering medications and creams.
- Supporting clients with healthy meal preparation and snack provision.
- Performing light cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
- Accompanying clients on trips out and participating in social activities within the home.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 12 months' valid right to work in the UK
- A full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Availability to work shifts between 7am and 10pm, including alternate weekends
- A positive and caring attitude, with a passion for helping others
Estimated Salary: £25,600 - £28,400 per annum (based on 40 hours per week)
