Essential qualifications for this role include:

  • Relevant training qualifications (C&G 7300 or equivalent)
  • Diploma level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with care sector regulations
  • A minimum of 2 years of training experience
  • A valid UK driving licence

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and conduct induction and ongoing training sessions
  • Deliver practical training on a variety of topics
  • Develop training schedules and maintain accurate training records
  • Observe and support workplace practices
  • Assist new hires with the onboarding process
  • Engage in external meetings and conferences
  • Encourage learning and development initiatives
  • Collaborate with management to implement personal development strategies
