Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and organized Field Care Supervisor to support our Care Workers and clients in the field. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and support, building strong working partnerships, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the management of Care Workers and other designated team members in the field
  • Support the Scheduler with completing weekly care worker rotas and ensuring adequate planning for travel time
  • Conduct care assessments and reviews, and complete spot checks and audits as necessary
  • Liaise with partner professionals and organizations to develop and deliver holistic, person-centered care packages
  • Support the care manager with customer visits, including providing personal care to clients
  • Ensure all carer and customer records are up-to-date and accurately reflect changes in care needs
  • Cover calls as needed and participate in the on-call out-of-hours service
  • Support the care manager with recruitment and compliance, including conducting interviews for new care workers
Requirements
  • Experience in a senior position within the care sector
  • Kind and compassionate approach, with a commitment to making a positive impact
  • Availability for shift patterns, including alternate weekends
  • Able to drive and possess a valid license, with access to a reliable vehicle
