  • Diploma level 3 in Health & Social Care or relevant experience
  • Familiarity with care sector regulations
  • A minimum of 2 years of training experience
  • Valid UK driving licence

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and deliver induction and professional development training
  • Provide hands-on training on various topics
  • Develop training schedules and maintain accurate training records
  • Observe workplace practices and provide constructive support
  • Assist new hires with the onboarding process
  • Engage in external meetings and conferences
  • Encourage learning and development initiatives
  • Collaborate with management to implement personal development strategies
