Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Community Support Officer to join our team at Mears Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering welfare and support services to vulnerable individuals, ensuring a tailored approach that meets individual needs while being culturally aware and sensitive to circumstances.

The role involves working closely with Housing Managers to deliver a seamless service meeting the individual and property needs of all service users.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering welfare and support services to ensure full contractual compliance and successful outcomes of all Key Performance Indicators and service delivery targets.
  • Management and mitigation of service user well-being risk and escalation in line with policy and procedure.
  • Collaboration with Housing Managers to deliver a seamless service meeting the individual and property needs of all service users.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £28,350 per annum, inclusive of a company car, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and volunteering leave.

A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
