About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist to join our dynamic team, committed to excellence in healthcare. Our pharmacies offer a range of frontline NHS services, including emergency prescriptions and Urgent Care. You will need to provide both NHS and private services, with excellent communication skills and empathy.

A typical day as a Pharmacist involves dispensing, delivering services, managing your team, and providing excellent service to patients. You will conduct contractual and enhanced services while following company SOPs and GPhC guidelines and standards.

You will report directly to the Pharmacy Practice Manager to support the successful delivery of agreed Key Results Areas (KRAs), helping achieve deliverable metrics by reviewing performance and engaging with colleagues to deliver continuous improvement to services.

The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team to bring out the best in others. With access to our in-store, regional, and home office teams, you will receive full support in all aspects of your role, whether clinical or service-based.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care and services
  • Manage and lead a team of pharmacists and technicians
  • Conduct contractual and enhanced services, adhering to GPhC standards
  • Develop and implement plans to improve pharmacy services and performance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business targets and goals

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, with an estimated annual salary range of £60,000 - £80,000, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:
