Our KitchensWe have three distinct kitchens, each offering a unique dining experience:
The Botanical RoomsA contemporary take on British fine-dining, our Botanical Rooms offer a true farm-to-fork experience. Our chefs work with the freshest, high-quality produce from our gardens and local suppliers to create unforgettable dishes.
The Farmyard KitchenOur Farmyard Kitchen serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner using the finest produce from our estate. Our chefs cook in a wood-fired oven and serve dishes straight to the table in a beautiful stone barn.
The Garden CafeOur Garden Cafe offers a refined yet relaxed dining experience, with a menu inspired by the stunning views of our production gardens. Our dishes are hand-selected to fit within our concept of vegetable-led dining, paired with an outstanding flight of cyder from our own cyder press.
