Social Services Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Children In Care (CIC) Social Worker to join our team in Alton. This rewarding role offers a competitive annual salary of £77,728, based on a 9-day fortnight and an umbrella rate of £38 per hour.
Job Summary- Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of children in care.
- Work closely with managers, individuals, and other stakeholders to identify and address risks and care/support needs.
- Decide on appropriate care plan which is within statutory and legal framework and reflects best value.
- Determine the most suitable level and type of service provision to meet identified needs/risks.
- 3 years + experience in social work or related field.
- A 9 day working fortnight.
- Annual leave of 25 days per annum.
- A personal assistant, who will provide crucial back office support to free up your time to focus on professional practice.
- A hybrid tablet device, so you can work more effectively and flexibly.
- 5 personal development days per annum.
