Are you an IT security expert looking for a new challenge in Winchester? Our client is seeking a Technical Information Security Officer to join their team. As a Technical Information Security Officer, you will work closely with the Head of Technical Security Assurance Practice and other IS teams to identify and mitigate technical security risks. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and reporting on compliance with technical security legal requirements, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations. You will also develop new or improved processes, procedures, policies, standards, and guidelines to enhance our client's cyber security maturity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review project designs and provide actionable recommendations to the project team
  • Develop new or improved processes, procedures, policies, standards, and guidelines to continuously improve our client's cyber security maturity
  • Engage with business functions and projects to identify, assess, and provide guidance around technical security risks

Our client is looking for an individual with extensive knowledge and experience with IP networking concepts and supporting protocols, including satellite communications, broadcast radio, media multiplexing, and content distribution. You should also have experience with Operations Support Systems (OSS) used on broadcast networks and Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure, services, and security.
