Mode Search is an exclusive recruitment partner for a renowned luxury brand in their search for a PR & VIP Manager.

This British luxury womenswear label has gained a reputation as the epitome of modern femininity, offering both ready-to-wear and bespoke couture.

The successful candidate will be based between the store in London's West End and the head office in Kensington, reporting directly to the Brand Director.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute global marketing strategies in collaboration with the Brand Director.
  • Press and Media: Create and disseminate press materials (lookbooks, press releases) and manage marketing calendars.
  • Event Planning: Plan and coordinate small projects and events in partnership with the Store Manager.
  • Client Management: Foster relationships with high-profile clients, influencers, and press.
  • VIP Services: Coordinate VIP fittings and garment loans, working closely with stylists.
  • Influencer Engagement: Identify and collaborate with influencers to enhance brand awareness.
  • PR Agency Liaison: Serve as primary contact for PR agencies to optimize media coverage.
  • Event Execution: Organize brand events (launches, fashion shows, VIP events).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the team to achieve marketing goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated, creative, and resourceful individual with a deep understanding of the luxury fashion landscape.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relationship-Building: Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills; collaborative team player and effective multitasker.
  • Organization: Well-organized, capable of managing competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Luxury Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of the luxury fashion industry, ideally with existing connections with media, influencers, and stylists.
