London, Greater London, United Kingdom Fuel Ventures Full time

Cult Mia is a leading online luxury fashion marketplace, renowned for curating unique, values-driven collections that set it apart from others. Our mission is to provide luxury shoppers with access to limited edition, global fashion products, ensuring sustainability and ethical vetting of all brands.

We're expanding our Marketing team to drive the growth of Cult Mia through 360 marketing strategies. As a key member, you'll be responsible for scaling our CRM activity across email, SMS, and WhatsApp, while playing a crucial role in driving customer loyalty and retention.

Reporting to our Head of Marketing, you'll help translate the overall marketing strategy into channel-specific initiatives, maintaining a reactive approach to meet business needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing our Email & SMS Marketing strategy, identifying opportunities to optimise performance, and incorporating localised strategies into BAU email and SMS content.

You'll support the growth of customer retention by driving improvements across key metrics such as repeat customer rate, CLTV, and loyalty programme sign-ups. Additionally, you'll collaborate with the content & social executive to align with broader marketing messaging and content, and manage the build and scheduling of all campaign emails & SMS.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of CRM experience, a strong understanding of luxury/fashion, knowledge of customer retention, and increasing lifetime value. You should be passionate about data analytics, customer segmentation, and have hands-on experience using Klaviyo or similar systems.

This hybrid role requires a flexible attitude, embracing ambiguity and change. You'll work 2 days a week in our London office, driving customer retention and increasing lifetime value through innovative strategies.
