Transformation Support Specialist

Industry Placements is seeking a talented Transformation Support Specialist to support the Head of Customer, Strategy, Change and Innovation in steering the business strategy development process. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business management principles and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for tracking and reporting progress against transformation targets and status of key strategic initiatives. You will also be expected to develop and communicate Sustainability strategies and initiatives, aligning with other BMW Group entities and attending global meetings. A competitive annual salary of £23,700 and 27 days holiday per annum (pro rata) make this an attractive opportunity.
