Job Description
The successful candidate will lead electrical construction teams on commercial and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with company safety guidelines, OSHA regulations, and local codes. They will also mentor and coach electrical apprentices and team members, and coordinate with project managers and general contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
Requirements
- Licensed Journeyman with at least 5 years of experience
- Proven ability to perform work on your own
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal team members
- Reliable and committed to working at least 40 hours per week
Compensation
- Estimated salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
