Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a Hospital Manager to lead our onsite teams at Cygnet Delfryn Lodge and Rhyd Alyn. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, this role involves providing strong and effective leadership to ensure the integrity of all functions within the Site, including Clinical, Finance, HR, Recruitment, and Support Services.
- Compliance with CQC and regulatory requirements, ensuring all clinical, budgetary, regulatory, and service development targets are met.
- Implementation of risk assessment, risk management, and clinical governance within the hospital.
- Effective bed management and coordination of referrals and assessments of patients in conjunction with the Head of Care and Responsible Clinician.
- Investigations, audit requirements, group policies, and procedures adherence, with opportunities for improved quality and commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have experience leading a team within an inpatient service, a Nurse Qualification (RMN or RNLD), and the ability to work as part of a team, lead by example, manage performance effectively, and use own initiative.
- Manage and supervise a team of staff.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and meet operational targets.
- Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
