We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Valuation Support Specialist to join our team in the charity sector.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in administration or secretarial roles is essential, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Teams.
In this role, you will assist in the preparation of terms of business, monitor ongoing cases, and proofread reports. You will also be involved in constant communication with colleagues and clients via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare terms of business and other documents as required.
- Monitor and track ongoing cases, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Proofread reports for accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Reliable and confident individual with excellent communication skills.
- Administration or secretarial experience, preferably in a valuation or advisory context.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
