Job Title: Business Development Specialist
A salary of up to £30,000 is available for this role in Chelmsford. As a key member of the Big Business Events team, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional support and guidance to our valued clients.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, maintaining and enhancing relationships.
- Proactively schedule and promote client attendance at our events to maximise participation.
- Foster trust and engagement by nurturing client relationships and demonstrating the value of our products and services.
- Effectively manage program resources to support clients' needs.
- Take ownership of key performance metrics in your area and consistently work towards achieving them.
- Host engaging discovery and onboarding meetings via Zoom to ensure a seamless start to the client's journey.
