Job Summary:
As a Resident Support Manager at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our care home, ensuring that residents receive the best possible care and support. This includes supervising care assistants, supporting clinical teams, and providing individualised care to residents in a warm and welcoming environment.

About the Role:
This is a challenging yet rewarding role, which requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure. You will need to be able to motivate and lead a team, ensuring that they provide the highest standard of care and support to our residents.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and free meals on duty.
